  • The music was 80s gold and the ghostbusters logo is iconic. I liked the beginning scene where Venkman performs the psychic test and keeps buzzing the guy who gets all the questions right and keeps giving the cute gal a pass even though she gets them all nearly wrong. Classic Bill Murray.

  • I bet that janitor can feed his family, save a little bit for his kid's college, pay his mortgage, and help out in his community. If he makes $18 an hour good for him. Any person who cleans up other people's crap deserves to be paid a decent wage.

  • The moneyed elites in this country have done everything they can to turn the middle class against the middle class. The car bailout was very small compared to the bank bailout but you don't hear much from the right these days about the greed of the banks and Wall Street.

  • Because the government hasn't sold all the shares back yet. If the government isn't ready to sell they aren't ready to sell. Maybe GM's stock will keep going up and the US taxpayers will make a small profit.

  • Kirk-2957282, dude long post, let's actually look at what you are trying to say. Well now that the banks no longer can charge those fees, they had to raise the cost of checking accounts, ATM fees, raise minimums that you cant go below in your account so they can keep overdrafts from happening.

  • This thread is seriously depressing. Are we, as a nation, really this dumb? It's economics 101, supply and demand. There is no political conspiracy to the price of oil (same under Obama as was under Bush). The oil companies aren't gouging you.
